• Frequent Inspection

​Focuses on safety-critical components between periodic inspections and planned maintenance visits.

 

• Major Inspection

​Conducted after 10 years of service to assess wear and ensure continued safe operation.

 

• Electrical Inspection

​Includes visual checks, operational tests, and functional assessments of electrical components.

 

• Mechanical Inspection

​Covers visual and operational tests of mechanical parts to ensure proper function and safety.

 

• Remaining Service Time

​Determines the accumulated duty cycle of a crane and estimates its remaining service life.

 

• Load Testing

​Verifies that the crane can safely lift and move its rated load through all motions. Required at least once every 12 months.

 

• Slings & Lifting Accessories Inspection

Checks all lifting attachments and accessories for defects. Uses RFID tags and a digital tracking system for accurate record-keeping.

Goes beyond compliance inspections to include maintenance, repairs, lifetime assessments, and engineering evaluations to extend the crane’s lifespan.
